Kanon Kultur (2005)
An open index of canonical Danish culture. Collaboration with Jacob Lillemose
The Danish Culture Canon was a publication initiated by politician Brian Mikkelsen in 2004. it was developed by a series of committees under the auspices of the Danish Ministry of Culture in 2006–2007 as "a collection and presentation of the greatest, most important works of Denmark's cultural heritage."
Jacob Lillemose & Mogens Jacobsen started a website named “Kulturkanon.dk” (Canon Culture) as an alternative to the official approach of defining Danish culture. This website was open for public contributions. Contribution ranged from punk-bands, softcore porn, soccer-clubs to Hans Christian Andersen, meatballs and sculptures.
